African School Children's Sponsorship Program
The sponsorship initiative includes individual sponsorship of school children as well as projects designed to assist children within a
particular school or region. On an individual level a sponsor supports a child’s education by providing the funds for the year’s school fees
and associated costs (this includes paying the cost a child’s uniform, school shoes, school fees and materials). The foundation would
match you with a child (you can certainly request age and gender) and then arrange for communication between you and the child. Each
year we will supply a report (and donation letter for tax purposes) on how your sponsorship assisted the child. On a school or regional
level, major projects include providing educational materials and supplies for schools and their pupils; building and establishment of
libraries, computer centers, training schools, etc; and assessing other community needs of school children in their particular areas or
regions.
